Who we are
CashData.ai ("we") runs this website, a referral service that helps businesses find out whether their operational data may be of interest to AI data-licensing partners. Contact: sales@cashdata.ai, 123 Example St, City, ST 00000.
What we collect
- Information you enter: company size, industry, years operating, the kinds of records you keep and where, history depth, approximate yearly volume, whether it includes regulated data, your name, email, company website, role and (optionally) phone.
- Referrals: if you refer a business, your name, email and (optionally) phone, how you know them, the business's name, website, industry and size, the contact person's name, role, email and phone, and any notes you add. Please only refer people who have agreed to be contacted.
- Consent record: the consent wording you agreed to, the time, and your IP address.
- Usage data: the page you came from, campaign tags in the link (UTM parameters) and basic, privacy-friendly analytics.
We do not ask for, receive or store your company's actual records.
How we use it
- To assess whether your business is a likely fit.
- To introduce you to our data-licensing partner, if you agree.
- To send you a confirmation and, occasionally, related updates (you can unsubscribe at any time).
- To keep records of referrals for billing with our partner.
Who we share it with
When you tick the consent box, we share the information you entered with our data-licensing partner so they can contact you. They may pay us a referral fee. Their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policy.
We also use service providers to run the site (hosting, email delivery, form storage, spam protection). They process data only on our instructions. We do not sell your personal information to anyone other than the referral described above.
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, by emailing sales@cashdata.ai. California residents: sharing your details with our partner in exchange for a referral fee may be considered a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the CCPA/CPRA; you can opt out at any time by emailing us, and we will not discriminate against you for doing so.
Retention
We keep lead information for up to 24 months after your last contact with us, or less if you ask us to delete it.
